We are currently hiring an Advanced Helper Electrician with 2–3years of field experience in commercial or residential electrical work. Theideal candidate will be skilled in trenching, conduit work, basic wiring, andelectrical support tasks, while demonstrating a strong work ethic, safetyawareness, and the ability to follow direction from supervising electricians. Key Responsibilities: Perform trenching and conduitinstallation for slab and site work Mount boxes, run wire, and assistwith installation of electrical systems Bend and install conduit (EMT, PVC, etc.) per projectrequirements Maintain clean and organized jobsites, including daily clean-up duties Understand and apply basicjob-site safety protocols Work cooperatively with teammembers and follow direction from supervising electrician Transport materials, tools, andequipment as needed Assist with identifying andstaging materials for daily tasks Support in setup and breakdown ofwork areas Qualifications: 2–3 years of hands-on electricalexperience (commercial or residential) Familiarity with trenching,conduit running, pipe bending, and box mounting Strong understanding of job-sitesafety and professional conduct Ability to listen, learn, andtake direction from supervising electricians Basic hand and power toolknowledge Reliable transportation andpunctuality OSHA 10 certification preferredbut not required High school diploma or GEDpreferred Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Work in outdoor conditions,trenches, and confined spaces as needed Ability to stand, walk, bend, andclimb ladders for extended periods What We Offer: Competitive pay On-the-job training andadvancement opportunities Health and dental benefits Paid time off and holidays A respectful and safety-focusedwork environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
