  • Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' needs and determine appropriate treatment goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on vulnerable populations, particularly women and teens who have experienced domestic violence. You will utilize a trauma-informed care perspective, enabling you to address the unique challenges faced by victims of family violence. By integrating techniques like Play Therapy for children, you will enhance the therapeutic experience and foster resilience in young clients.

  • A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Mental Health, Psychology, or a related field is required.

  • An active Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license is mandatory for this position.

  • Must be available to work late afternoon hours (3-8 PM) at least two evenings per week to accommodate client schedules.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for any in-office work or client visits.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive pay, you will receive access to health, dental, and vision insurance, along with malpractice insurance. A sign-on bonus may also be available for qualified candidates. The caseload will align with your availability, ensuring a manageable workload.
