Key responsibilities Lead weekly performance reviews, providing comprehensive analysis of pipeline and insights to leadership, including forecasting updates Conduct bi-weekly deep-dive reviews on New Business and Account Management performance, delivering insights and analyzing trends Facilitate Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, partnering with GTM leaders to assess performance metrics and align on actionable insights Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or operations; a master's degree is a plus Proven experience (2+ years) leading high-performing teams in a hybrid or remote environment Significant experience (6+ years) within a go-to-market environment, driving revenue growth and operational efficiency Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional outcomes in collaboration with stakeholders across various departments Strong experience in budget and forecasting processes to align with company goals and ensure financial accuracy
